• Walk entire perimeter of property to ensure gates / fences / sheds are secure

• Remove door hangers, newspapers and fliers and discard

• Contents of mailbox brought inside 

• Safety - ensure all windows and doors are locked and there are no signs of forced  entry

•  Smoke / CO Alarms (test, compliance)

• Thermostat temperature is appropriate

• Verify A/C - Furnace and hot water heater are working properly

• Electrical panel breakers / Power Outage

• Inspection for visual water damage of ceilings / wall

• If water main is on - run all faucets,  showers, tubs & flush all toilets,  Inspect for leaks

• Refrigerator / Freezers functioning properly

• Garage door secure and operational

• Visually inspect for insects / rodents

• Check exterior of single family homes for structural damage,  siding / roof issues, water leaks.

• Light grocery shopping for your return 

• Water Plants

• Accept Deliveries

• Airport Pickup

• Start & Run Car(s)
